What does Payse know about its origin.
PAYSE has its origins from a former Payroll office that saw the light of day in January 2016. As of November 2022, the name of this office was changed to PAYSE. PAYSE owes its name, among other things, to Payroll Services, but also means: the speed of movement with the right efficiency. PAYSE guarantees a constant back office with years of experience.
Who is behind Payse.
Marco Kaarsmaker and Wouter Jacobs are the owners and founders of PAYSE. Marco once started as an intermediary at Randstad Uitzendbureau. Over the years, he has developed within Randstad Uitzendbureau and has had several facets of the temping profession under his belt. He then moved on to Randstad Payroll Solutions. Here he managed key accounts such as Unilever, the Dutch government and Philips for many years.
Wouter's background is in the international business world. He worked for many years as International Operations Manager at various shoe manufacturers around the world. His role here was mainly in developing shoe collections, reorganising production facilities and managing various production teams. As a result, he is familiar with dealing with people of all nationalities and has built up a huge international network.
Both gentlemen joined forces in January 2016 with the launch of their company in HR services. With professionalism and transparency as core values, they put the interests of client and employee first. They truly see unburdening as second nature!
