Payrolling what is that?
Payroll payroll has a number of important advantages. As an entrepreneur, you are free of employer risks and obligations. You no longer have to concern yourself with personnel administration, you are not responsible for the costs of continued payment in the event of illness or disability and you do not have to pay (severance) payments. The only thing you are still responsible for is the recruitment and selection and the management of the employees. What is the meaning of payroll?
The literal translation from English of payroll (also called payrolling) is "payroll. But in the Netherlands it is mainly used as a term for outsourcing the payroll administration and legal employment of employees. But what exactly does such a payroll construction look like? This is mandatory since January 1, 2020, the introduction of the Balanced Labor Market Act (WAB).
