Kennis uit het buitenland kan enorm waardevol zijn om bepaalde bedrijfsprocessen verder te optimaliseren.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De vraag die dan al snel volgt, is hoe deze 30 percent ruling dan precies werkt. Wat zijn de grootste voordelen hiervan voor een expat, kennismigrant en de werkgever? percent<\/span>  ruling precies in? <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d99352 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d99352\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De 30 percent ruling houdt in dat je als expat of kennismigrant het recht hebt op een aantal voordelige regelingen, die ervoor zorgen dat het aantrekkelijk is om in Nederland werkzaam te worden. In de basis bestaat dit uit 3 onderdelen:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>30% van je salaris belastingvrij ontvangen: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het belangrijkste onderdeel van de algehele 30 percent ruling is dat je het recht hebt om 30% van je salaris belastingvrij te ontvangen van je werkgever. Dit houdt dus in dat je 30% van je brutosalaris belastingvrij ontvangt, zonder dat er over dit bedrag eerst een gedeelte aan de Nederlandse overheid hoeft te worden afgedragen. Het fijne is dat dit zonder \u2018nader bewijs\u2019 mogelijk is, wat aangeeft dat het proces erg toegankelijk en soepel is voor expats en kennismigranten. <\/span><b><br \/><br \/><\/b><\/li><\/ul><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Vrijstelling van belastingplicht over wereldwijd vermogen: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daar komt daarnaast vervolgens nog bij dat je ook geen belasting hoeft te betalen over bepaalde vormen van wereldwijd vermogen. Zo moet je dan bijvoorbeeld denken aan belastingontheffing over inkomen uit wereldwijde spaartegoeden en investeringen (excl. vastgoedinvesteringen in het binnenland) en vrijstelling van belasting over dividenden (excl. directe aandelen in Nederlands bedrijf). <\/span><b><br \/><br \/><\/b><\/li><\/ul><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>5 jaar lange geldigheid: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tot slot is het nog een feit dat je voor maar liefst 5 jaar lang gebruikt kunt maken van deze regeling. Dat houdt dus in dat je in totaal voor 5 jaar 30% van je bruto jaarsalaris belastingvrij kunt blijven ontvangen. Hierdoor loopt het uiteindelijk bespaarde bedrag aardig hoog op. Het maakt het voor de gemiddelde expat of kennismigrant erg aantrekkelijk om voor meerdere jaren achter elkaar werkzaam te blijven binnen de Nederlandse landsgrenzen.\u00a0<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Als expat of kennismigrant benieuwd wat er voor jou op dit gebied mogelijk is? Dit heeft natuurlijk alles te maken met de serieuze voordelen die hieraan verbonden zijn.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wanneer je als werkgever de mogelijkheid hebt om dit aan te bieden, is de kans groot dat je een voorkeursbehandeling geniet van de meeste experts uit het buitenland.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een overzicht van de voordelen ziet er als volgt uit:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Goede compensatie van gemaakte kosten (verhuizen\/vliegen vanuit buitenland)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Betere kans op huisvesting partners en\/of familie<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sterkere connectie werkgever en werknemer (voor minimaal 5 jaar)<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Daarmee is het vandaag de dag dankzij deze regeling erg aantrekkelijk voor zowel werknemers uit het buitenland als ook werkgevers in Nederland om hier gebruik van te maken. Het is namelijk wel nog de bedoeling dat je eerst aan een aantal voorwaarden voldoet. Zo moet je als expat of kennismigrant:\u00a0<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gerekruteerd worden vanuit het buitenland en moet je in een ander land wonen voordat je de baan in Nederland aanneemt (tenzij je een jonge PhD-afgestudeerde bent onder de 30 jaar)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De beschikking hebben over schaarse expertise<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een minimaal salaris ontvangen (\u20ac46.107 excl. 30% belastingvrij bij 30-plussers in 2025 of \u20ac35.052 excl. 30% belastingvrij voor &lt;30 jaar met PhD in 2025)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In het bezit zijn van een Nederlandse BSN<br \/><br \/><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Voor wetenschappelijke onderzoekers geldt een uitzondering voor het salariscriterium.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verder zijn er nog een aantal andere speciale afwijkingen en uitzonderingen die voor sommige buitenlanders of terugkerende Nederlanders van toepassing zijn.
