Alle betalingen, afdrachten en details rondom het contract zijn daardoor niet langer jouw zorg als werkgever. Dit betekent ook dat je niet meer hoeft na te denken over zaken als ziekteverzuim en een correcte afhandeling van een eventueel ontslag. <\/span><p>\u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ul><ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Focus op dagelijkse aansturing: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Belangrijk om te weten is dat je wel volledig verantwoordelijk blijft voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het personeel.
